Hi, I'm Austin. I have particular interest in the intersection of technology and human motives. Often exploring unconventional technology, but an advocate for simplicity.

I spent my time at the University of British Columbia studying Cognitive Systems at UBC where I was able to mix my interest in technology and human behaviour together. I enjoy using design/research as a medium that bridges technology and people together. Translating complex ideas into something that feels natural and inviting.

Some particular areas of interest lately: data visualizations, fashion runway setups, contemporary architecture, prediction markets, tennis, bouldering, film, cafes, Chinese tea and aquascaping.
